Communication is so important. And who of you guys doesn’t want to work with well-functioning teams? Especially in settings such as hospital or areas related to security.
Using more inclusive pronouns such as “WE”, “US”, and “OUR” and as well as invitations and appreciations of team member input can help teams to overcome hierarchical barriers and foster input from below. This helps promoting more constructive and better feedbacks. Particularly in multi-prfessional teams. Might be life-saving.
